Shipping

We deliver for free on orders above Rs. 3500. Orders below Rs. 3500 carry a shipping cost between Rs. 200-250 (varying with respect to location). The exact rate of shipping will be determined at time of checkout.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchange

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. Sparkles Pret will cover all return shipping costs for these items and ensure a replacement is sent out quickly.

For exchanges due to sizing or color preferences, the customer is responsible for the courier charges to send the item back to our facility. We will ship the requested replacement size/color free of charge.

We offer exchanges only. Cash refunds are not provided. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a coupon/store credit equivalent to the product's value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Accessories or intimate wear (if applicable) are also non-returnable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.

Sparkles may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
